EXTRA 2
by Gideon“Thanks to my husband, I never have to worry about money. I guess I just forgot all about trying to get into law school. How could I have forgotten that?”
How fickle the human heart is…
“If I’m not supposed to be a mom right now, then I should live my own life. I’m going to aim for the top of my class.”
“You’ll definitely be top of the class. But aren’t you being a bit harsh?”
Bora’s eyes welled up as she mumbled. Dong-yeong quickly nudged her in the ribs, asking if she wasn’t being too mean.
“Ah, what? Everyone knows Ko Hyewan is fierce. She’s the kind of person who carves out her own destiny.”
“Haha, please understand, sister-in-law.”
“Of course I understand, now that Bora’s back to normal. What should I get you as a gift? Something for you, or for the baby? Should I get the most expensive one?”
“Yeah, buy me the most expensive thing.”
“Got it.”
Yundo and Dong-yeong exchanged a glance. Though the context escaped them, they both seemed happy with the outcome. That was all that mattered.
Hyewan turned to Yundo. “Yundo, I want to go on a trip before the semester starts. Will you come with me?”
“Why are you even asking?” he replied. “I’d follow you to hell if you asked. Just tell me where you want to go.”
Bora’s eyes lit up as she chimed in. “Let’s all go together!”
In an instant, Dong-yeong grabbed Bora’s hand.
Bora was Hyewan’s friend, but to Dong-yeong, Yundo was his boss. Yundo had softened considerably—a lot—since he’d started dating Hyewan, but he could still make Dong-yeong’s life a living hell if he set his mind to it.
“Bora, I need to talk to you,” Dong-yeong said.
“If it’s not urgent, we can talk at home.”
“It’s urgent.”
Dong-yeong helped Bora to her feet and led her away. Hyewan shot Yundo a pointed look.
“Did you order him to do this?”
“I’m not brave enough to send him to take away my wife’s best friend,” Yundo replied. “Dong-yeong stepped in because he knew this was a bad idea. He’s got good instincts.”
“I’m sorry. Bora doesn’t have any of that,” Hyewan said. “And she knows it.”
“But she’s a good person.”
“You’re the one who’s worse.”
“Hey, why? I was just praising Bora.”
About ten minutes later, Bora and Dong-yeong returned to the table. Dong-yeong must have lectured her severely, because Bora was sulking.
“I’m not going on the trip.”
“Whyyyy?”
Hyewan’s reflexive question was met with a jab to her side from Yundo. Ouch.
“I’ll buy you a gift,” Yundo said.
“An expensive one.”
“I already told you. I’ll buy you the most expensive one there is.”
The arrival of their food was a godsend in that awkward silence. Bora, who hadn’t yet started experiencing morning sickness, was completely captivated by the vongole pasta.
“Eat slowly. You’ll get indigestion,” Dong-yeong said, his attentiveness to Bora always a beautiful sight to behold.
“You should eat too,” Yundo said, cutting a piece of steak for Hyewan. My man is so handsome.
“It’s delicious.”
“Really? Then eat up.”
Yundo’s smile always lifted Hyewan’s spirits.
After finishing their meal in a warm, harmonious atmosphere, Yundo asked on the way home, “Is there anywhere you want to go?”
“What about you, honey?”
“Honestly, I don’t think going back to Hawaii would be a bad idea.”
“I was thinking the exact same thing!”
“I guess this is why they say a married couple is one body and one soul. I’ll book it right away.”
“I’d love that.”
Hyewan’s heart began to race with anticipation for the trip.
Anywhere would have been perfect for a trip with just the two of them, but Hawaii was extra special. After all, it was where they had gotten married.
Under the brilliant Hawaii sun and clear blue skies, Hyewan bloomed like a flower. Yundo, too, finally found the chance to truly relax and unwind.
They completely immersed themselves in Hawaii’s natural beauty and unique charm. For two days, they spent every waking moment from sunrise to sunset swimming and surfing in the ocean. By the third day, despite all the sunscreen they’d applied, their skin was peeling, forcing them to find indoor activities. They visited an aquarium in the morning and a department store in the afternoon to shop for souvenirs and gifts.
“We still don’t know the baby’s gender, so I’m torn on what color to get. What do you think, honey?”
Hyewan hesitated over the yellow winter snowsuit, her favorite one.
“Isn’t yellow a bit… girly?” Yundo asked.
“Boys wear yellow too. They’ll look like little chicks! It’ll be adorable.”
“Just get the white one. It’s neutral for a boy or a girl.”
“Who buys white for outerwear? It’s not like it’s pajamas! Do you want me to get scolded for giving a gift like that?”
“You’ve already decided, then. Why’d you even ask? Just to scold me for no reason?” Yundo complained, feeling wronged.
“I asked because I wanted to see if you felt the same way I did.”
“Hyewan. Your husband is good at everything else, but he can’t read minds.”
“Hmph. So much for being ‘one soul in two bodies’?”
“I don’t think that’s what that phrase means.”
Hyewan shot him a glare.
“You know I still love you, right?”
Yundo didn’t want to get on his wife’s bad side during their trip.
In the end, they bought the yellow space suits. After picking up gifts for both their families, as well as Bora and Dong-yeong, their hands were full. Hyewan knew they didn’t have to buy presents every time they traveled, but she loved the process of choosing them. The more she thought of it as a way to show her affection for the people she cared about, the more she wanted to buy.
That night, back at the hotel, Hyewan placed the fountain pen set on the bed. She’d spotted the pens she liked while leaving the department store after their shopping spree and bought them as a couple’s set. She carefully examined the engraved pens.
“I think we made a great choice. They’re so beautiful. The engraving turned out perfectly.”
“It’s even nicer than I thought,” Yundo agreed, still damp from his shower.
“I’ll definitely use this for all my important contracts.”
“I’m going to save mine for when I pass the bar exam,” Hyewan said.
“You should start breaking it in now so it writes smoothly then.”
“No, you’re supposed to save the most precious things for later. I’m going to treasure this one.”
As he spoke, Yundo—freshly lotioned—unknotted the towel around his waist and pulled her down onto the bed. Hyewan let out a startled yelp.
“Mom!”
“What if I can’t save it? What if I don’t want to?” Yundo nuzzled his face against the crook of her neck.
“Hah, that tickles!”
“Bear with it. I’m awakening your senses.”
“You don’t need to awaken my tickle reflex! Ah, seriously!”
Unable to hold back, Hyewan rolled away, trying to escape. But Yundo pinned her down, his body covering her back as he caught her instantly.
Against him, her body felt impossibly soft.
“You’re soft everywhere,” he murmured.
“Mm, I’m soft just for you,” she replied.
He let out a low groan, a growl vibrating in his chest. “Don’t say things like that. It’s dangerous.”
And it was. She could feel his massive cock pressing against her lower belly.
“When did it get this big?”
He answered, nuzzling his lips against her shoulder. “Hmm, since last night?”
Hyewan was speechless. “But we did it last night too!”
Yundo offered a compromise, as if he were being generous. “Then let’s say the day before yesterday.”
They’d done it then, too.
“You’re a liar.”
“It’s your fault,” he protested. “What am I supposed to do? I get hard the moment I see you. I’m suffering too, you know.”
Yundo, pleading his case, pinned her down and clamped his teeth onto her neck like a vampire, refusing to let go. He bit, sucked, and licked until her senses screamed.
“How am I supposed to wear a sundress tomorrow if you keep doing this?” Hyewan protested, her breath coming in ragged gasps. The pleasure was so intense it made her toes curl and her head spin, but tomorrow’s wardrobe crisis was a serious problem.
He ignored her, pulling her close and grinding his cock against her soft lower belly.
“Ah, seriously…”
Hyewan wrapped her arms around him, accepting the greedy, selfish Yundo who always took what he wanted in bed. She loved him when he was infinitely gentle, but she loved him just as much when he indulged his selfish desires.
Yundo continued to tease her for a long time before finally releasing her neck and slowly lowering his lips. He grazed her swollen, angry-red nipple with his lips before sucking it deeply. It felt as if her entire body was being drawn into him.
“Ah!” Hyewan gasped, arching her back.
“I love it when you make sounds like that.”
“Don’t say things like that… It’s embarrassing… Ah! Hh, uhh.”
Though she claimed to be embarrassed, she hugged his head tightly. My beautiful wife, whose hot gestures contrast so perfectly with her coy words.
