The first time she saw Cha Yundo, he was just a handsome stranger.

The second time, he had become the vice president of Sewon Group.

He was a man who didn’t belong in her world.

I can’t get involved with him personally.

I can’t repeat the same mistake.

Yet, Hyewan couldn’t tear her eyes away from him.

“When I held your hand in the elevator…”

He paused, his gaze locking onto Hyewan’s, refusing to let go.

“I didn’t want to let you go.”

“What is that supposed to—?”

“I’m attracted to you, Ko Hyewan. If we have sex today, it’s 100% my fault and 0% yours.”

“Cha Yundo, are you insane?” Hyewan cut him off, glancing around to see if anyone had overheard. “How can you say something like that in such a public place?”

“Didn’t you know?”

His voice, already a deep baritone, dropped even lower.

“When I first saw you, when I saw you again, and when I saw you today…”

His jaw tightened, his posture so tense it seemed he might kiss her at any moment.

“My heart raced exactly the same way.”

Desire flickered in his dark eyes as he stared at her.
